Popped Mimolette cheese
Some people call Mimolette cheese the little French brother of the Dutch Edam. Yet, this French cheese obtained its specific taste by using a unique production method. Next to its specific taste, the deep red colour of this cheese is very special – and so are our pops. You would almost call it: Bordeaux Red!
